This form was isolated by Ron Gagliardo the Atlanta Botanical Garden and the registrant icps in 1998. The color varies according to the exposure, it is green and burgundy in winter and takes a burgundy color if exposed to direct sunlight in summer. Its leaves are prostrate in winter and erect in summer.
